Cohabitation Woman

A lady referred to as the agency asking for our suggestions. She told us that she had left her husband, kids and also the loved ones property because of his constant philandering. She was very distraught by the scenario. She did not wish to leave the kids but she could not afford to take them with her just before she divorced her husband. He was not violent but he was quite abusive and shouted at her a whole lot. The couple had been separated for around 4 months and in that time our client had found out that he had moved another woman in.

Our client was really worried about her case due to the fact she was the one that left. Her solicitor had reassured her that she would get the young children and he would need to pay maintenance to her and the children once the divorce had gone through. Our client had heard other stories that contradicted the solicitor’s story. We had a discussion with her and suggested that it could be a great notion to put covert cameras outside the home so we could monitor the movements of the other woman to see if she was living in the family members home.

We left the cameras outside the residence for 2 weeks. We had plenty of evidence that the other woman was living there. She parked her automobile on the drive and employed a important to obtain in. She was there on her own for a number of the time. Our client took this evidence to her solicitor who told her she had enough to prove adultery. Our client then got herself moved back into the loved ones property using the youngsters and her husband began to pay upkeep. It turned out that her husband had only been seeing this 1 woman and he wanted to live with her.
