Estranged Husband

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

While waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have an additional woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.

We were able to offer our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
